Our returns policy
Faulty or incorrect items sent within the UK – If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email email@example.com. We will provide details for you to send us the item(s) in their original condition (unopened, unworn, torn, soiled with packaging and labels intact) within 28 days of receipt.
Its very important that when you return an item(s) that we know the order number to which it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or exchange. Without these details we wont be able to take the actions you require.
If you are returning a non-faulty item outside the Distance Selling Regulations, then the cost of returning the item to us is your liability.
